ABC Challenge

I discovered another mixed media challenge to participate in, called ABC Challenge, hosted by Jodi @JodiLewisCreations on YouTube.

Several years ago I participated in an out-door paint-in hosted by a local art supply store and was lucky enough to win a set of acrylic gouache paints.  I practiced making stenciled alphabet cards with watercolour backgrounds with no real project in mind.  The perfect project for these alphabet cards has now arrived.  It is prompt-generated using an online random prompt generator.

Junk Journal Madness - August - Flowers and Butterflies

Another junk journal to keep My Creative Flow, flowing.  

This challenge is hosted by Susan, at iturtleyloveit on YouTube.  The Theme, Items to Make and Items/Materials to Use were chosen by rolling dice.  The challenge is to make 8 items and use 11 different items/materials as provided on two lists created by Susan.

The cover consists of a bubble envelope covered in fabric, which was attached to the envelope with a machine sewing.   The front has been decorated with fabric butterflies and gem-stone flowers.
